      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:535f69a3-8956-4c02-9a5c-c62b64c5b427] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;I've an up-to-date PS CC.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Adobe Exchange does appear in the Extensions menu, and the little Exchange window opens.&amp;nbsp; Then I get the error message that the extension "cannot be loaded," so it never actually opens.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions on how to fix this?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It's possible that something in PS CS6 is causing this problem--the Exchange opens in CS6 and downloads an item but never actually finishes installing.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I would delete and reinstall whatever might be corrupt if I knew what.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Thanks for any help.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; (Running Win 7, 64-bit.)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:535f69a3-8956-4c02-9a5c-c62b64c5b427] --&gt;</description>
