Hi Dan,

Are you experiencing exactly the same problem as Gail? That is, are you seeing an error message saying that the extension cannot be loaded?

If not, please tell us a little more about your problem, including what version of Photoshop you're using, on which OS, and what you're seeing when you try to open the Exchange Panel.

THanks, Dan. In fact, this problem was solved a long time ago--through

correspondence directly with some Exchange techs. It was complicated

enough that I no longer remember the details. I hope you aren't waiting

for an answer to a similar problem, but if so, I can probably dig up an

email address for you.

Wow. What a useless forum this is. No one has replied to thjis question in months. Adobe needs to monitor these forums.

I've an up-to-date PS CC. Adobe Exchange does appear in the Extensions menu, and the little Exchange window opens. Then I get the error message that the extension "cannot be loaded," so it never actually opens. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

It's possible that something in PS CS6 is causing this problem--the Exchange opens in CS6 and downloads an item but never actually finishes installing.

I would delete and reinstall whatever might be corrupt if I knew what.

Thanks for any help. (Running Win 7, 64-bit.)
