Then I would use a clean uninstaller like revouninstaller to scub out all traces of FM and Acrobat. Then I would reinstall. If all that fails, then I think a call to Adobe Support is in order - it's usually a free call for installation issues.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:1d81d542-c2fc-4de1-abed-7aaaacf54c92] --&gt;</description>

I then get a dialog box that asks if I want to send more information about the problem to Microsoft. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I go to the Event Viewer and get the information about the dll.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Any ideas or suggestions?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:d9bef4e6-2232-428e-ae87-b2c3fcd96b03] --&gt;</description>
