Click Link &amp;gt; You should see an option to chat. Click "Chat" and you will be taken to BC Support Chat. You can also submit a ticket from the same screen.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Note: BC Support chat is not always available but should be during the week and is currently available as of this posting. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:a21e1635-4abb-4cfa-87bf-3104e665dc35] --&gt;&lt;img src='/beacon?t=1415884118550' /&gt;</description>

I had a client that had a similar issue and it was his email blocking the BC Emails.
