Take a look the the templates that are available with FormsCentral to get an idea of what's possible.

Can I convert a PDF Form into a web form usng formcentral? Or would I use Acrobat XI? My goal is to have a webform that users can easily use on my website.

Since PDF forms are not hs=osted on the FormsCentral Server, you are free to make them available however you want. I would suggest not trying to embed a PDF in a web page since it simply won't work for a number of users.

When I go to the Distribut tab as instructed in the QuickStart slides: How to distribute web forms the only option I have is to open or close the pdf form, and then download it.

I also tried to see if I could do it from the "My Forms" tab, by clicking on the "copy fillable form link" icon or button and it is greyed out.

How would I go about fixing this?
