Hi Bluechairgallery,

What is the name of the product you have purchased? If you can find it in the Adobe Exchange Panel, you should click on the "Notes" tab. There, you will see some text entitled "Where to find this product after installation", which will explain how that particular product is installed. Some products are installed to application-specific locations (e.g. brushes), some products are simply copied to your Downloads folder, and some go elsewhere - so it's worthwhile reading the product publisher's notes to check this.

Let me know if you have any trouble finding out where it has been installed to.

i paid for, downloaded and intalled a program in adobe exchange...

now what?

i see it in "my stuff" but when i click on it, it takes me to the pay/download again.
