I wish they would debug..its a great game but my bug reports have fallen on deaf ears. Thank you for the response!

The error message quoted in the original post really is something the content developer needs to fix and not Adobe (yet). It is triggered by a code error and the message is only displayed after an error has occurred 10 times. The developer needs to reproduce the issue, debug it, and take whatever steps to rectify it.

Ive got the same issue. It worked on an older Mac..until it died. Now I have a new iMac os x 10.9.4 and I get the same error in four browsers- Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome and Opera. I did contact iSketch, they are aware of the issue. I've installed, uninstalled and reinstalled, no luck. Shockwave runs perfectly according to the test.

I did not rollback the version- which version would you recommend and where could I get it?

Can you confirm shockwave is even working on your mac?

Goto:

^ Adobe Website, its safe.

Does the animation play?

Can you try the website on a different computer and see if it happens on it also?

Can you roll back the version of shockwave to an earlier version?

What Version of OS X are you running? Lion? Panther?..

What browser are you using? Safari? ...

When did this issue start?

Have you tried contacting isketch.com to see if they are aware of this issue?

Is the URL your accessing isketch.com? or isketch.net?

isketch.com isn't working on my mac. the version is 10.9.1. i keep getting an error message which reads, "

this shockwave movie has errors that have caused playback problems.

please contact the author of this content regarding this problem.

shockwave is unable to continue."

help??
