What do you mean you can't get it back? I would expect Illustrator to be listed on the "Apps" tab in the Creative Cloud desktop app, and you should be able to click Install from there. Is it still showing as "installed" or "up to date"? Perhaps a restart would help to refresh the list of installed programs.

If something has gone wrong during uninstallation, you can make sure the old installation is completely removed by using the CC Cleaner tool:

Yeah, but it won't let me download now. I'm getting the free trial button, which is doing nothing, except open my little cloud menu at the top of my desktop. AI is still listed there, but I uninstalled it and now I can't get it back!

I used it before just fine. Now I'm uninstalling AI and am going to re-install, but your website is down! So I'm now stuck without Illustrator and freaking out.

and Mac 10.9? So everything is the same on your environment e.g. same version of Illustrator, same version of Mesh Tormentor 4.0.1.?

You may need to get in contact with the developer of Mesh Tormentor 4.0.1. to verify that the version of Illustrator CC works with the plugin.

It's the Mesh Tormentor 4.0.1. It has always shown up in the Extensions sub-menu in the past.

Hi,

I am having the exact same problem with an Illustrator extension, so it's obviously not an app-specific problem. I have tried re-installing the plug-in, checking for any kind of updates, etc. I did not get any errors when initially installing the plug-in. I'm using the Adobe CC products on OSX10.9.3. Is anyone having any luck fixing this? Please share! Thanks.

This directory should be setup upon installing a CC product. Could you open Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and confirm the version number of the products? You can find the exact version number by:

Mac:

Photoshop > About Photoshop...

Win:

Help > About Photoshop...

Do you have any outstanding updates for any of the CC products? Also, did you see any errors when initially installing the products?

I have all CC versions of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign installed. I

am on Windows 7 and for some reason I do not have that directory. Instead

of CEPServiceManager4 I have CS6ServiceManager. I have Extension Manager CC

installed and I just updated it.

Can you confirm what version of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign that you have installed and if you have the following directories.

On Mac:

/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CEPServiceManager4/extensions/

/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CEPServiceManager4/

On Win:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CEPServiceManager4\extensions

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEPServiceManager4

Yes, I have already downloaded Adobe Exchange. I cannot access the panel

through my apps, though.

Extension Manager CC is a standalone application and will be found alongside your other CC applications. If you would like to install extensions that will appear under Window > Extensions then please check out Adobe Exchange http://www.adobeexchange.com/ and clicking the Download link.

Hello. I just downloaded and installed Adobe Extension Manager CC (all of my apps are CC). It does not show up in Photoshop>Window>Extensions or Illustrator>Window>Extensions. In Indesign>Window, I don't even have an Extensions option. Could something have gone wrong with the install?

I am running Win7, Adobe CC, Extension Manager CC Version 7.0.1.17
