Hi,

You could set up the FormsCentral web form to reload the form after each submission.

In FormsCentral open the form and select Options Tab / Redirect URL on your left pane and check "Reload the form" which means the form will be reloaded or reset after each form submit.

I want to use the form set up on my ipad for potential clients to quickly fill out for us to contact later. I can't figure out how to set up where they can just submit and have the form reset.
