No, just the one field can be attached to the Email Receipt, Notifications can be set up for collaborators, but for "ad-hock" email addresses (entered by the form filler) the form can only be sent to one.

Thanks, Josh, but can I do this kind of thing twice?

I want one supplied field "Your Email address" to return an email to the submittor - I've got that already..

then I want another field "Your agents Email address" to forward the responses to that persons address, in addition to my standard response addresses that have been verified by Adobe.

I'd like to assign one of the values (email addresses) in my form as a TO recipient for the data submitted. It would act like a 'wild-card'.

Possible?
