I just caught up.

OK. Now I am hooked. And it isn't like this is a daily comic.

So, I am thinking I will set an alarm in my calendar to read it once each week. Maybe start my Mondays with it.

Like you said, this is indeed addictive, but also brought us a lot of fun. I love it as much as I like to watch cartoons same. I love cartoons, almost cartoon toys will buy appropriate after reading every cartoon, cartoon look I recently bought toys: miyazaki series toys.

There is a candy store in Sacramento's Old Town area that sells lots of taffy and other candy. They have a decent sized Sugar-Free section that even includes Peanut-Butter bars and Chick-O-Sticks among others...

What really helps is Sugar-Free Jello. Add a little 5 calorie per serving Ready Whip Whipped Cream (using about 40 calories worth) and you have a decent dessert. My wife finds it on sale at Walgreens and goes nuts buying every bix that she can at every Walgreen's around town. Because I eat about a box or day or more. So it could get pricey.

Our local Lucky's market carries a Sugar-Free sponge cake that is perfect for Strawberry Shortcake using the aforementioned Whipped Cream.

I drink a Protein Drink every day for lunch. I had to hold my nose at first but now I actually look forward to drinking the chocolate shake. 160 calories, 24 vitamins and minerals, low fat and only 1 gram of sugar. I get them at Costco - Premier Protein is the name.

My wife is pushing a very low-sugar diet. I am cutting back in my morning coffee. Fortunately, I seldom do any sort of pop, or sugared drinks, so no biggie there, so long as I can cut back on sugar in the coffee. Now, she made a comment, the other day, about how the diet will not allow wine, for like the first two months. I think that she was perhaps out in the sun too long, as she was speaking nonsense...

I'll ask her about more steak.

Ah, but I only eat one at a time. It is for my diet. I have lost over 40 pounds eating steak, chicken and seafood, eliminating sugar and flour. I splurge now and then, but not too often.

Oh good... I wouldn't want to be the cause of you spending ALL your time on that site, and then loosing your job, and then wanting to move in with ME because I was the "pusher" who got you addicted

Actually I was eating Ribeye steak. I usually grill three at a time. One to eat right then and two to slice reasonably thin to ieach for lunch. A low carb high protein diet requires a lot of steak.

Remember, the only diet that can possibly work is the one you can stick to. And a man who can't stick to a diet that includes steak, chicken and fish, isn't anyone I can really understand.
