When you are done, you can save a copy by clicking "Done Signing"."&amp;nbsp; This prompt confuses and annoys a lot of people. You can make it go away by saving your form as Reader Extended. In Acrobat, Save as Other &amp;gt; Reader Extended PDF &amp;gt; Enable More Tools (includes form fill-in &amp;amp; save). Exact terminology varies depending on your version of Acrobat. Be sure to save a copy of the non-extended version of the form for future editing. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="min-height: 8pt; padding: 0px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;If you have just a few known users you could also ask them to upgrade to Reader XI, I understand it does not display the annoying prompt.
