      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:8858c67b-cd83-4822-b040-95c07cc28666] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;I've recently installed Elements 12 and have the following problem.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; When I open photos in Camera raw, make adjustments and then try to open them I get a message saying the task could not be completed 'Error message'.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; On going back to Organizer photos are shown as locked in Editor and I cannot unlock them without shutting down the Organizer.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Sometimes it works, then it doesn't.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Does the same with 2 different makes of cameras (Panasonic Lumix and Fujifilm.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I'm running Vista.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Use a card reader to download.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Tried card reader and SD card on laptop with Elements 12 and they work on there. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Any suggestions please?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Should I uninstall and then re-install?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Can't say I think 12 is any improvement, but forced into it as I bought new camera and couldn't get the raw converter for my version 10 Elements.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:8858c67b-cd83-4822-b040-95c07cc28666] --&gt;</description>
