A lot of my clients do not use Safari, they use Firefox or Explorer. Will it be a problem for them to view the files if they do not have Safari?

Fix this please?

Apparently there are other with the same issue, but I am unable to see anything that resolves it.

I learned about this feature from Kevin Stohlmeyer at an Adobe user group meetup, and I have never used it before.

Am I missing a step perhaps?

Thanks
