With native Muse , we cannot setup like this as scroll effect would require page movement.

Yes you can correct that using animation this can be done.

Is there anyway to trigger a scroll effect imediatly upon loading a page? I would like a series of items to start at the top of a page and then scatter to different places right after loading. I imagine that something like Edge Animate can do this, but I wanted to check if it's possible somehow within Muse. Thank you for your help.
