FormsCentral is designed in such a way that only the user's data is submitted, not the whole form. When viewing the responses users have submitted you will be viewing them in a table that is similar to Excel (numbered rows and labeled columns). As for payments, FormsCentral has support for PayPal payments. Details are at: Getting Started with Payment Processing using PayPal

I have a 5 page registration form. I want to the customer to fill it out online and click "submit" to send it to me. Will the response be formatted the same as it appeared to customer? Will I receive a filled-out registration form I can print and save if I want to? I also want them to have to option to pay online as well.
