I do not see that Adobe has answweered; I am having the EXACT same problem, which I never had with SENDNOW. The SEND sucks. Please let me know if they helped you?

Even using SendNow didn't work. Currently trying that again, but not real hopeful it will go.

As we've been posting, we are aware of problems with very-large-file uploads, and are recommending that you use SendNow ( https://sendnow.acrobat.com/signin.html) for the time-being. We will not retire SendNow until this issue is resolved.

I just had this happen to me. The file is very large 1.44GB... I'm trying to send it again right now. Have not had thios problem till today and of course it's a rush job that has to go.

www.new.acrobat.com on the right side where it says "sign in" is a pull down menu. SendNow is towards the bottom

Hi Alex,

Thanks for continuing to provide updates; I know you must be sick of hearing this, but these reports really are helpful to us. We believe we've identified the discrepancy and are working to resolve it. For now, we recommend that you go on using SendNow while we work on Adobe Send. As soon as we have something more to share on this front, I'll post to this thread and may ask you to upload one of your 300MB+ files again to see how it does.

Really, Alex, thank you for your patience; we're doing everything we can to make the SendNow-to-Send handoff go smoothly, and your input has been extremely helpful to us as we navigate that transition.

This morning I sent one mp4 video file using Adobe Send, about 430 MB. It failed. I tried to upload to Acrobat Cloud. It failed. I sent it via Adobe SendNow - no problems, went through just fine.

The two that failed were 176 MB and 197 MB. The other two that went through were 85 MB and 107 MB.

I attempted to upload the same four files together to Acrobat cloud. I did not get a fail, but only one of the files is showing in the Acrobat.com files from today. The others are showing dated yesterday, but with a (1) after the filename.

Upload speed is 5.5 Mb/s

I understand how frustrating this must be for you, but I can assure you that our team is actively working on your report back here at the mothership! Alex, we're doing our best to negotiate the transition from SendNow to Adobe Send with as little detritus as possible, and really do appreciate your feedback as we continue to work on the new Adobe Send service.

Just one more question for you both: how big were the files you were trying to send? Alex, how big were the first two vs. the second two (the two that failed to send)? If you have an extra minute and wouldn't mind offering a bit more info, go to http://testmy.net and report back on your upload speed.

As a point of reference, I uploaded a 300MB video file yesterday to Acrobat.com, and was able to send that file once it was uploaded to my account. I'm wondering if you would mind trying the problematic file(s) as an Acrobat.com file upload (that is, independently of the Adobe Send workflow). Does that give you the same error?

STill having problems with Send. Tried sending 4 files - FAIL. Took two off and they went thru okay. Sent the other two and they failed. With SendNow sent all four no problems whatsoever. Please Please Please do not stop the SendNow service. Send is not ready

I am getting this same error message and I've been trying for days to send a file. I have tried sending both ways, through my Internet Explorer browser (version 11.0) and through the Adobe desktop software. I tried also using Chrome browser but it didn't work either. I am trying to send a PDF file. Then I zipped this same file and tried to send it (thinking it was a size issue) but I am still getting this same message. I am using Windows 7 OS.

I tried Google Chrome, same Problem again (Windows 7, MS IE and Google Chrome, Avira Antivirus). After the last file (30 or so jpgs), error message, unable to upload, try again.

Well, this isn't great, eh? I'm wondering if you could all give me a little more info about your respective processes. Specifically, please answer the following questions so the Adobe Send team can help us figure out what's going on:

Are you using Adobe Send through a browser (at https://cloud.acrobat.com/send) or through your Adobe Reader desktop software?
What operating system are you using? Mac, Windows, Linux?
If you're using a browser, what browser are you using? Do you have the same trouble if you try a different browser?

Thanks for your patience as we try to get to the bottom of this; the Adobe Send service seems to be working fine for us and others, so we'll have to do some detective work to figure out what's going on. Any info you can share about what you're seeing (and screenshots of the error you get, perhaps) would be really helpful!

Hallo,

same with me (win 7, all updates, Intel rig, Internet Explorer 1109). I tried different files and different file sizes, zip, jpg, psd, nothing works. Upload till almost done, than "cannot send, try again". The new "send" is completly useless for me. If I send the files with the old sendnow, everything workes fine.

Hm, how odd - are you perhaps trying to send a filetype that we don't allow? You can see a list here: Adobe Send FAQ

If you're sending a filetype that we do support, can you give me a little more info about your process so I can help you figure out what's going on? The service seems to be working fine for others, so let's try to puzzle out what's gumming up the works for you.
