Subscriptions can be stopped at any time by following the steps in this FAQ: https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-2971 or by going directly to the Subscriptions page: https://www.adobe.com/account/my-products-services.html#MyServicesHeader and turning off the "Auto-renewal".

There are rare cases where the "Edit" button for some reason is not enabled and is not clickable and we are always happy to cancel those immediately.

Did you want to cancel your subscription? If you need assistance turning off the renewal please let us know and we'd be happy to assist right away. The FormsCentral team has monitored these Forums daily for a long time and responds quickly to this type of issue.

Apparently Adobe makes it extremely difficult to cancel your subscription to Forms Central.
