The file I was trying to upload was 10.13 gb, and after a chat with technical support, this is the only apparent solution:

so it's not the end of the world, although unfortunate that I have to compress a project twice instead of once in order to send it....

Have been through all of that.. I'm trying to "compress" the file into a ".zip" container and see if that resolves the issue.. if it does, I'll post it as a workaround in this thread if other people search here when they encounter this issue.

File sync issues

I have a file that I need to upload to the cloud, it's about 10gb in size... the problem is, i leave it in the folder and when I come back, it says that it was "unable to sync file".

The file is a quicktime prores ".mov" extension, there is nothing unusual about the file name that would create a conflict.

I tested with a small size file and everything was ok.

I have also made sure that _all_ the conditions necessary to sync files from desktop to cloud are in place.

Not much information on this topic to be found.
