As Liam mentioned it might be worth logging into your ThemeForest account and checking whether any extended licenses have been purchased. If you still have concerns log a support ticket with TF and they will help you clear up most things.

BC do not make their themes, they buy them and modify them to work with BC. They very likely bought the extended licence. You will find the majority of them out on the web. Does not mean it is a copyright infringement.

I'm talking about this item Home Page witch is a copy of this template Travel Agency - HTML5 Booking template witch is sold here

I want to talk to someone who is in charge with this because no one noticed me about this theme.
