Hi,

If you are saying that the redemption code is being rejected then you may need to go back to where you purchased it from.

If the redemption code is accepted do you get a serial numbers begining with 1057? [please don't quote your numbers as this is a public forum]

Which operating system are you running on? There was a problem with MACs (see following) but I thought it had been fixed.

Serial Number Invalid when upgrading to PSE 12 (MacOS)

If you still have problems with your serial number, you need to contact Adobe. See the following page and at the end there is often a button to start a chat session.

Hi,

If you are using the trial version you don't need a serial number - so I think you may have a different problem.

Have you downloaded and installed the trial version or is that where your problem is?

Which operating system are you running on?

Can't get serial number for Photoshop Elements. I'm logged in. I have a redemption code and also codes on the back of the box. nothing works and am running in circles. I want to install and use it and can't because I can't get the correct serial number. On the front of the box it says use the card (with redemptiom code to receive the serial number.HELP!!!
