      <description>&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyStart:b82e442e-5a7e-4bfa-99a2-7b2d89c1aff2] --&gt;&lt;div class="jive-rendered-content"&gt;&lt;p&gt;I am asked to enter my Adobe credential every time I try to download any extension but nothing happens when I enter my user id and password and click on the login button. The process just goes away with "Loggin in..." message and just hangs displaying "Logging in..." message. My computer is based behind the proxy (something I can't change) so how do I download ANY extension when I can't even login.
