Here's what you need to make this feature work properly:

Ensure you have the latest version of the Creative Cloud Desktop app installed. You can get the latest from software from here
You must be a subscriber to either Creative Cloud, Photoshop CC and/or Illustrator CC.
You must be logged into your CC software (CC Desktop app, Photoshop CC and/or Illustrator)

I tap Sent to PS or Illustrator I receive a "Sent" message, but nothing happen in my CC account (in ex. the file I'm working in is not saved there) or in my desktop Photoshop. What can be going wrong?
