Hi! It sounds like you are following the right steps and looking for the files in the correct place. One question I have though, after selecting "Copy Image to Creative Cloud" do you see a "Saved" HUD displayed that confirms the copy; it displays briefly on screen. When accessing the Creative Cloud through the browser, the copied file should appear in the top level as a png. If you are still not seeing any of your copied files, please email directly to adobesketch@adobe.com and we will investigate further with you.

Hello, I love Sketch but when I select the save to cloud share option, I have no idea where the file goes. When I open Creative Cloud on my computer and click on files, the folder is empty. Could anyone please help.
