Edge Code is a re-branding of Brackets, so start by looking through Live Preview sections of How to Use Brackets and Troubleshooting docs.

I'm having the same problem. It Sends me an error message (see the image):

When I try to relaunch Chrome, the same problem again. Creative Cloud, Edge Code and Chrome are up-to-date. I'm having iMac 3.2 GHz Intel Core i5 and OS X Mavericks 10.9.4.

Am I doing something wrong?

Let's backup to the original problem. Without manually trying to start anything from terminal, what is the error that you are seeing? What are the steps that you took to get there?

Hi. When I try to launch live-preview in Edge Code, it tells me to enable remote-debugging in Chrome. Well, i've tried that, and I also tried to add it manually in Terminal with using the --remote-debugging-port=9222, but it still doesnt work.

I get this message:

I am using the latest Macbook Pro Retina, running OS X 10.9. Creative cloud and Edge Code is up to date, as well as Chrome. I feel like i've tried everything to get it to work. I also tried to reinstall both Chrome and Edge Code.

Another question. Does live preview work on php files?
