same issue

use illustrator of a part of master collection. all other programms of mc works fine, but illustrator don't work, not the 32bit and not the 64bit. (Win8.1 pro).

Illustrator still no running after re-installing it. I also cleaned the register using adobe's utility and I got the same error. My system is Dell 8700, Windows 8.1, 64 bits and plenty of memory. This is the image of the error.

installed, I got the same error again. The error goes like "The procedure entry point. ?AcquireVarient@imageInterface@drawbot@dvaui...etc...F:\Photography\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator CS6(64 Bit)\Support Files\Contents\Windows\Illustrator.exe".

I am using Windows 8.1 in a Dell XPS8700. It was running before but the disk crashed and upon re-installation, it has not worked at all. Photoshop, however, does work, but not Illustrator

I appreciate any help.
