If you're working with EPUB3 and doing multimedia, I think you should definitely get on the train and start using InDesign CC 2014. The train is picking up speed. CS6 is more than two years behind.

I don't think there's any built-in control for what you want; it may require monkeying with the HTML, CSS and JavaScript manually.

Epub3 exported from cs6, although I do have cc 2014 but haven't exported from this yet (keeps crashing for some reason)

Version of InDesign? Exported as EPUB2? Or EPUB3 (Reflowable)? Or EPUB3 (Fixed Layout from InDesign CC 2014)?

I have many audio mp3'd in my ebook, but want either teh audio to stop on page turn, or other mp3's to turn off when a new mp3 is played,

is there any way to do this?
