Hello - sorry to hear that! I see that you have an open ticket with our support team that is waiting on your response. I just let the agent assigned to that ticket know that he should follow-up with you again for more information. It's most effective to work these issues out in a one-on-one ticket.

Hi, Maybe it is the same problem that I have, I'm from Argentina, I bought it for one year "Creative Cloud", and when I start my Prosite, I get back the payment plans again.

I made several visits for technical support and got no response, also called on the phone to Adobe for my country, and no one answers.

I'm annoyed by this !.

This morning I woke upi and went to do some updates in my prosite account and got this message

ProSite Isn't Available In Your Country

ProSite isn't currently offered in your country or region. If you no longer live in this country or region, you can change the country associated with your account using these instructions

. If you'd like, we can notify

you when Creative Cloud (which includes ProSite) becomes available in your area.

I dont know how this is possible since I have been working with prosite for over a year now.

Is this a bug. is there anyone out there experiencing the same problem.

I am from Malta. EUROPE.
