You write that you "downloaded" the software, but did you also install it?

I've download both of the software but the flashplayer still is not working properly.
, every time I tried to use the game that needs the flashplayer, it all says that I need to download the flashplayer.

P.S. I already restarted that browser and the PC and made sure the flashplayer is ENABLE

I'm having problem to install the flash player on my win 7 PC, only message I'm getting is Win is unable to install flash player and it won't let me to install it manually either, please help !!!!!!!!
