I am having the same problem trying to get Photoshop to support my Sony Alpha A7r. I have downloaded the Adobe DNG 8.5 converter but can't get it to run - it just pops up jibberish in Text/Edit when I double click. I use a Mac OS X 10.6.8. Thanks for any help!

According to this link :

the A77 II is only supported with ACR 8.5 which is not compatible with PSE11. It would need PSE12 with the latest ACR update.

The free solution is to download the Adobe DNGconverter.

That free and independent software can batch convert a whole folder of raw files to the DNG raw format that PSE11 can read.

I have the Sony A77 ii and i cannot open the Raw files in Elements 11. It says the file appears to be from a camera model that is not supported by the installed version of Camera Raw. I have the latest version installed. Does anyone else have this issue?
