Thank you. that has seemingly resolved the issue.

I have the folder in finder and folders shared with me are sync'd.

I have Creative Cloud installed, pinned to Menu Bar. I have turned on Sync, and click start syncing under assets but the start sync button comes up once more when i first click, then when i click again, it just thinks. I can't get a creative cloud folder in my finder. why this problem? what am I doing wrong?
