In looking at the source for the website you've provided the link to I can see that you are not using a Formscentral form. It appears you tried to embed a Formscentral form, but because you've not included the complete embed link it is not being used. Please see Why is my embedded form not displaying correctly? for more information about embedding Formscentral forms. Once you get the Formscentral form working on your web page if you are still having problems please let me know and I'll take a look again.

Have other users reported the same problem with your form or is this an isolated case? Is it possible for you to share a link to your form so I can test it out a bit?

When a customer chooses to continue to save the form then is sent a link to his e-mail. But when he clicano link or copy and paste the link does not go to the form and is redirected to the first page of the site. What should I do?
