- All existing data will have to remain as is.

- CRM fields can be added to any web form (check the tab to insert them)

- If you want to work with what is there you have to do API.

The Web Forms have been there for along time without the CRM fields integrated therefore we have a bunch of records within the web form. Unless there is a way of linking the CRM fields to update the Web Form? That would be nice

You do not have to, If you made CRM fields and not just web form field and cases it will all work fine.

Custom web form fields get associated with the case as data. Such fields can not be then updated. Cases can only be updated in the admin or via API. If you want a form to update information about a person then you need custom CRM fields associated with customers in the CRM which can be updated.

I have selected "ALL CRM Form" option, however I'm unable to find the fields that I need to update. I'll just clarify one thing, the form that the customers fill in is a "Web Form" that I have created. What I want to allow the customer to do is upon secure login, to update the information within the "Web Form" that they have originally filled in.

Hey there,

You can, what your probably missing is selecting the dropdown where you choose to include the CRM data.

I'm pretty new to BC so hope someone can help me out with this.

I'm wanting to create a Secure Login page that allows my customers to login and update their Account details that they have provided with a (Custom Registration form), due to some customer fields

My problem is that the Secure Zone is setup fine, however under Site Modules --> SecureZones --> Update User Details form does not have the fields which I need it to update from the Customer Registration Form.

What I've done is below:

1. Setup a secure login page

2. Upon login it is redirected to the Update Details page

3. Within the Update Details page, I have inserted the module "Update User Details form"

However I'm not sure how to customize the form in order for it to update/edit information retrieved from other forms.

Hope someone can help. Thanks!
