I have personally used RoboHelp 11 with RoboHelp Server 9 and have experienced no issues.

Two overall best practices I would recommend:

System Requirements:

Make sure you and your web administrator read the online help documentation carefully with regard to the various combinations of Server Operating Systems and Database "bitness". These links are a good place to start:

Be sure to apply any updates for both RoboHelp 11 (the client app) and RoboHelp Server 9. Willam van Weelden has a good collection of update links here:

RH Server 9 and RH HTML 11 experiences

We are considering moving to RH9 Server and RH HTML 11. We wonder whether any of you would like to share your particular experiences with (1) use of RH Server 9 and (2) with use of RH Server 9 with RH HTML 11.

Please note that I've read through the 26 or so discussions about RH9 Server, but the web site only displays the same list of discussions when I click the button to display "all".
