Are you also working with Premiere Elements 10 Mac?

I am strictly an Elements Windows user, so not that great on finding things in Mac.

If you have not already, delete the Adobe Premiere Elements Prefs file to determine if it has any impact

on the situation. My recollection for its location on Mac...

Libraries/Users/User Name/Application Support/Adobe/Premiere Elements/10.0....

Does the issue affect all menus or just one in particular or a particular group of disc menus?

Also, please give a description of your project....properties of source media, project preset,

size, number of menu markers, any overlapping menu buttons, etc.

Let us start here and then decide what next.

Hi Community,

I have exactly the similar problem/error.

AMD Radeon HD 6750M is the graphic chip.

The problem hits in b (dragging). In my case it never worked before. Reinstallation did not solve the problem either. Quicktime and OS is up to date. I do have administrator privileges.

What specific disc menu theme or themes are associated with this program failure? What is the exact place where the problem hit..

a. just clicking on Disc Menu header

b. dragging Disc Menu from the display of themes into the Disc Menu area customization screen

c. selecting your menu in the display of choices and then hitting Apply

d. other

Are you running Premiere Elements 10 from a User Account with Administrative Privileges?

Is this a "it worked before but not now" or "it never worked before" type issue.

On the Windows side of things, application of Run As Administrator as well as the User Account with Administrative Privileges has been know

to resolve some of these issues. I am strictly an Elements Windows user. What is the Mac side of the story for Run As Administrator? At any

rate, are your computer permissions in order?

Just to cover all bases, do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer with Premiere Elements 10?
