There can be many ways , jQ,js ,anchor tags etc.

You can use redirect on load , which would be to insert a html <a name="bottom"></a> on bottom of page and then for body, include <body onload="location.href='#bottom'">.

Hi guys!

Does anyone know how i could get the page to load from the bottom instead of top? i'm planning a "reverse" parallax page in which the user would scroll up from the bottom instead of down from the top.
