You can not disable the menu, just the menu items. - Site Manager - Menus

The one that jumps out of the choices to me is the disabling of the menu, is this option somewhere I'm not seeing?

You will have either CSS hidden it with your styles, Or you disabled all the menu items, or you removed the menu from the admin.

I know it use to, but I built this site probably two years ago, the last thing I remember doing was hiding the content some how through a check mark box. I can't seem to find this seem box because the developer seems to have changed (UI/UX).

That is your menu module, does a menu with ID exist etc?

In the preview everything looks normal but the live view is where I am experiencing the {module_menu,14623} piece of code where the header should be

I looked in site manager's content holder and it tells me there is no content holders

I'm sorry I don't mean to be vague, I get this {module_menu,14623} where my header should be, and none of the photos are displaying on the site. I wasn't sure how to correctly ask, I'm pretty new to all this.

You need to provide more information then that Chris.

If it is a content holder - site manager - content holders.

If the content is removed from a page etc then you need to add it back in.

If it is a web app item then you need to go to that item and enable it.

You do not turn on reports, you just go to it in the admin menu on the left.

IF you are referring to features you do not see when you login in to admin either the site create has not given you permission to access those features OR you are on a plan that does not support them.
