There shouldn't be any issues adding a sub-domain to a Business Catalyst site. Feel free to contact support and we will be able to assist with troubleshooting this issue. You can reach out to us via the admin console of any site > Help & Support.

Otherwise, if you log into your Partner Portal (http://www.businesscatalyst.com/Admin/Index.aspx?to=PartnerPortal) > My Sites and select your site, you can view a list of associated URLs including your System and Secure URL. You will be able to log into your site successfully using either of these URLs and than navigate to Site Settings > Site Management in order to delete the site.

Hello,

Sometime ago I tried to make a BC site a sub-domain.

I soon worked out that this is not possible. Now that I want to delete the site I can't log into it because it is pointing to the sub-domain.

Looks like I need someone from BC to get to it via the back end and nuke it for me!

Yes I added the sub domain in BC.
