Edge Code is a re-branding of Brackets (http://brackets.io), so you can install any Brackets extension (https://brackets-registry.aboutweb.com/) in Edge Code. Use File > Extension Manager... to install extensions.

I think the Brackets Snippets extension does what you want.

I have been using arachnophilia for all my html for many many years

It lets me save chunks of commonly used html and just click to insert them in a page where needed

However arachnophilia is no longer suitable

Does edge code have any way to save blocks of commonly used code for quick inserting

Here is an example I use all the time. Far easier to save this and just click as opposed to rewriting it every time I want to use it
