I've don everything as requested above, and it's not working for me too.

Any suggestions? Does Yosemite on mac have anything to do with it?

It's not working here on the latest Pluraleyes download, CC 2014, connector-fix and a MacPro. VERY frustrating.

I received this response to my RedGiant support ticket and will try it later tonight.

The issue you are currently experiencing is a brand new issue that cropped up in the past couple weeks. The issue involves a broken connector issue between Premiere and PluralEyes. Our developers released a fix on Friday that should address the problem and is available for download here: http://cdn.redgiant.com/redgiant/products/singlesuites/shooter/PluralEyes3.5_Connector_for _PremierePro.zxp.zip

To get setup with that file, follow the guide below:

• Close all programs
• Download and extract the new Connector file: http://cdn.redgiant.com/redgiant/products/singlesuites/shooter/PluralEyes3.5_Connector_for _PremierePro.zxp.zip
• Launch the Adobe Extension Manager
• Click Install
• Navigate to the the file that you'd extracted

That should cover everything. Try re-launching PluralEyes from Premiere and check for better results. If you run into problems or have other questions, respond back and we'll troubleshoot from there.

Thanks Rob,

I am also having the extension signature error on my other mac editing system( not the one where it won't launch). I installed the extension on 2 of my 3 editing systems, so I don't have a clue why it wouldn't work on the third.

I reinstalled Premiere Pro CC and am not able to install Pluraleyes extension. I'm getting a popup that I saw earlier: "The extension 'com.redgiant.pluraleyes35' does not contain a valid signature. The extension will not be installed." I have logged a support ticket with Red Giant and haven't heard from them yet. Will update if they have any suggestions.

Mine was working fine for a couple weeks, now plural eyes won't launch from premiere cc 2014. I click on it and nothing happens, very frustrating!

Current Adobe Extension Manager CC version is 7.0.0.347.

I installed the Pluraleyes 3.5.3 extension in August and used it a couple of weeks ago. I tried it today in a new project and it didn't start or display any message. I removed it from the Extension Manager and now when I try to install it I get a message popup: Error occurred. Error code is -180. The extension will not be installed.

I downloaded Pluraleyes again and get the same error.

All my applications are the 2014 with the latest updates. I did remove Premiere Pro CC as I didn't need it any longer - if that's the problem, where do I get the CC version of Premiere Pro as it no doesn't show up in Cloud Control to install?
