I bought a Jot instead, it's essentially the same hardware internally as Ink but in a different body. Slide is simply an alternative to using fingers, it's not connected via bluetooth. The disadvantage of the Jot is that the body is round, so it will spend some time on the floor. I would have preferred the Adobe unit, but the price and unavailability forced my decision.

Can anyone put a time on when the uk will be able to purchase ink and slide ?

if it's going to take much longer can anyone profer an alternative stylus?
