Please let me know the details as in which machines it doesnot work ie windows 7,8 and please package your presentation and inbox to my mail id:sipanda@adobe.com so that i can resolve your problem..

Same ;problem, but loaded it to Connect, not blackboard - published as both a SWF and HTML5, opening on some machines, not on others, and the non-functioning browser versions are across the board (IE 9-11, Chrome, Safari)

any ideas?

Can you try playing the content locally or in some web server and let me know if you get same blank page.

Adobe Presenter 10 presentation (using PPT 2010 on Windows 7)

published to zip and HTML
uploaded into Blackboard Learn
link created to index.htm
allowed students to access all files in uploaded and unzipped folder content
some users can't view the presentation as it only shows as a white slide
tried Chrome, IE and Safari and cleared caches

Any suggestions as to what we are doing wrong or are there known issues
