Thanks Durin. I greatly appreciate your assistance. I was inbetween projects with a couple of weeks off, which NEVER happens, and was looking forward to taking this time off to write some music. Unfortunately, I needed Audition in order to split and edit all of my field recording samples and that had to be done first. You can imagine my frustration when Audition wouldn't open and CS6 was being buggy, though I can do some basic editing. It's like being a kid at Christmas and when Christmas day comes you're told that you can't open your presents until something gets fixed and that something has no timeline for completion so you wonder if you'll get to open your presents and have an opportunity to play with them before you have to go back to school. That's how I've felt. My two weeks are already up so I'm back to work and hoping Audition gets fixed so I can try again at the end of this 3 month project.

Yes, please do get in touch when you guys have figured it out and if you need ANYTHING from me please don't hesitate to ask. I will find the time to assist you. BTW, I appreciate you flagging the email thread.

Thanks,

nicole

I did just as Durin asked and still have not received a response from Adobe. I still have the issue and cannot use Audition CC 2014 at all. Just had another update to my graphics card a couple of weeks ago and tried again, but Audition CC 2014 still crashes on startup with the ImageRenderer.dll as the fault module. It doesn't seem to matter when I contact Adobe or how....no one seems to be able to help me. It's really frustrating. I have temporarily installed Audition CS6 as it does seem to work, for the most part. I can at least open it and work with some files. So the issue has to be with CC 2014. Hopefully you guys will fix it and when that happens I hope someone will remember to actually get back to me.

nicole

I've tried your "chat" on two different days during the available chat hours and both times I receive messages that chat is unavailable. Then you say to post in the forums where someone can help you 24/7...yet no one has responded. I have a very limited window in which I can use this application before my schedule becomes ridiculous and it's pissing me off that I can't use it and support is non-existent.
