When I switch my locale to Australia from the link on the bottom left of adobe.com, I'm seeing the 404s as well, without opening a VPN connection to Australia or anything. That means I'm hitting the US load balancers and my local Akamai node... so I'm thinking that the /au/ directory got mangled before the bits were pushed to Akamai and not the typical issue with a specific Akamai node with the stuck cache or a client-side ad blocker or something. It's super weird, so I'm thinking that a website change broke this, and it's probably not something caused by the content delivered by the Flash Player team. I've notified the appropriate teams last night, but it was after everyone was probably gone for the day -- so we're just waiting on the appropriate folks to track down and resolve the issue at this point.

I have no ETA at this time. It's likely that this will get fixed before I hear about it, so you might just want to check back periodically. When I do get an update, I'll update this thread. If you haven't heard back from me in a couple days, please feel free to bug me about it. If I haven't heard anything about this by the end of the day today (it's 2PM on Friday PST at the moment), it will be Monday at the earliest before I'll have an update.
