Figured it out...thanks! It was all about signing out from the CC app itself. Nothing to do with the account.

I've done that. My Adobe account is all correct. It seems like since CS6 was installed by "John," so even now that I've upgraded to CC under my Adobe account, it still says "Welcome John." Not a big deal - unless it starts messing with the overall cloud features...but would still like a fix.

Once in under My Information section - you have the option to alter your Name.

I upgraded to CC from CS6, and it still has my IT admin name on the welcome screen. Any way to change this? I don't like seeing "Hello John" when it should be saying "Hello Keith."
