Hi Sidhartha,

To reply to your enquiry, I can't see Adobe Presenter inside the Program File but it is in my Control Panel and when I opened it with Administrator's right it still would not appear in Powerpoint.

I want some more details as..

1 whether you can see files installed inside program files/program files(x86)

2 whether your can see presenter 10 installed in your control panel.

Please let me know the above details and if possible share me your computer screen..

Hi Sidhartha,

I've done that as a Administrator. I've even tried your chart portal but the guy couldn't do it. I gave him the permission to use my computer but he doesn't seems to know what he was doing. At the end of the day, he gave me an instruction to clear my system and re-install Presenter 10 myself which I did but up till now, it is still not working.

Hi,

Do you see presenter 10 installed in your computer(inside change/uninstall a program).

If yes try launching the presenter 10 directly from your computer start menu..

Adobe Presenter not showing in power-point

I have been using Adobe Presenter in my Power-point 2013 for over a month now with Adobe Presenter 10. Last week when I opened my file again, Adobe Presenter was not available any more. I have tried to re-install Adobe Presenter, enabled Add in Powerpoint option but to no avail. What is the problem?
