I get the same error message. Where is the "extract" checkbox option in Photoshop?

Funny timing - we JUST solved this! Turns out that my designer didn't have the "extract" checkbox option selected when she was saving out

Hi there,

Trying to download a layer from my designer's Photoshop file while viewing the file in "Assets" and keep getting the message "Error Extracting Asset". Any ideas?
