Here's one other thread where I suggest a way to fix the xmpses file and retain the chapter markers.

And yes, if you don't need chapter information, just delete the xmpses file.

Can't say why it is happening, but saw the same issue recently with another poster. Did you do what it says and delete the .xmpses file? This worked in the other case.

I am exporting h264 Bluray from the Premiere timeline like I always have, but now suddenly this is happening. I have no idea what 'parsing' is or why I am not able to import this file into Encore
