I don't recall the xmp deletion helping a problem. The Encore BluRay file checks out in the build part of the program. When I click the build button to burn it to the DVD, I get the following message BluRay Error; "device error", Code "3"&amp;nbsp; Note Create STC Sequence: Fail to write M25 file.&amp;nbsp; What does this mean and how can I get my BR DVD to burn.&amp;nbsp; The project was created in Prem Pro CC, exported the media as a H264 BluRay file, then imported into Encore 6&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions thanks !&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;!-- [DocumentBodyEnd:46f40cb1-052e-41dc-a472-b395025520e4] --&gt;</description>
