Ha! I've been trying for days. Seems to be impossible - do you have any

contact info. I opened a case Thur but have not received any response.

And if this is really the Creative Suite you are referring to, you may need to speak to Adobe support.

This area of the forums is for Adobe Captivate. There is no CS6 version of Captivate. (Often we see folks end up here because it says "Installation/Licensing")

Adobe normally limits you to two installs on the same license.

Did you De-Activate your license on the previous PCs before you tried to install on this one? If not, Adobe will likely think you are trying to exceed your allowed number of installs.

I purchased a Student and Teacher edition of CS6 and it has worked great for 2 years. Now I am installing it on a new computer and it stops instal every time with a message that it's counterfeit. How do I get this fixed and not lose my paid for copy?!
