It seems like that you already have an existing installation of Story.

Please first uninstall the existing version of Adobe Story from Control Panel and then try to install the latest one.

I have AIR installed. Still not fixing the issue.

I get this error message "The application cannot be installed due to a certificate problem. The certificate does not match the installed application certificate, does not support application upgrades, or is invalid. Please contact the application author."

I have a deadline looming and need help! What am I to do?
